Accounting Manager

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Accounting Manager who will conduct and oversee accounting management and financial reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

3rd Party Property Manager - Accounting Oversight (approx. 50%)

Corporate Accounting – Alliance Property Group (approx. 30%)

Property Management Accounting - 1 Property/Single Commercial tenant (approx. 20%)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field (Required)

Industry/Accounting Experience: Commercial Real Estate: 3+ years (required); Real Estate development: 3+ years (preferred); Property Management: 3+ years (preferred); Affordable Multi-family housing properties (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to handle overlapping deadlines and assignments

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in hybrid work locations (remote and shared office space environment)

  • Proficient with Yardi, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office products including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Able and willing to take commercial airline flights within contiguous US states
