As the Sr. Asset Manager, Cherie manages and oversees all properties in APG's portfolio to ensure optimal functioning and compliance.  In collaboration with property managers and the APG team, she monitors operations of the assets to maximize performance and a quality experience for residents.  With over 20+ years of experience, Cherie applies her excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong analytical abilities, blended with pragmatic problem solving to produce a high performing portfolio for APG.

Cherie holds a real estate license in California.
