About the Community Revitalization Project:

This project was a collaborative effort that includes Community Revitalization & Development Corporation (CRDC), Hunt Capital Partners, Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), Rose Community Capital, and Century Housing. Additionally, financial collaborators for the project include the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee and California Debt Limit Allocation Committee. The Sunny Garden apartment complex is a testament to the commitment of these organizations to affordable housing and senior development.

Sunny Garden Apartments was at risk of losing its affordability and turning into a market rate. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the renovation project was completed successfully, restoring the complex to its former glory and ensuring that it will continue to provide affordable housing for the community.

APG is thrilled to invite the community to celebrate this momentous occasion. The grand re-opening of Sunny Garden Apartments is a testament to the power of collaboration and the importance of investing in affordable housing.
