NICHOLE TAEF-MONTZ

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Nichole manages APG communications, processes and project deliverables.

Nichole guides improvements in efficiencies, oversees tenant relocation processes, and promotes connectedness and communication not only within the APG team, but through partner and vendor collaborations, as well as marketing and community outreach.

Over her 10+ years of experience Nichole has built internal processes to streamline and improve responsiveness and accuracy to project managers, property managers and residents. Her process improvements and sustainability-focused solutions have resulted in reduction of waste, increased tenant satisfaction and increased productivity.

A native of Los Angeles, Nichole attended California State University at Northridge where she earned a degree in Communications.
