NICOLE LEWIS

Advisory Board Member & Co-Owner

As Advisory Board member and Co-Owner of APG, Nicole facilitates organizational development, promotes the growth, and advises on the direction of the team and company.

Nicole brings 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, business, coaching, training, learning and development, to the real estate, architecture, engineering and construction industry.

In her leadership roles she has led departments and established mentoring, management, and leadership development programs – to cultivate and activate the power of individuals, teams, and organizations as a whole.

Nicole serves on multiple Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committees and is a founding member of New Ventures West, Black coaches affinity group. She holds a Professional Coaching Certification, attended Pepperdine University where she earned a B.S. in Business Management and attended Antioch University where she earned a M.A. in Clinical Psychology.
