Director of Acquisitions & Development

As the Director of Acquisitions and Development, Phillip is responsible for many aspects of APG’s investment and development process, including site identification, financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, acquisition and project management.

With 15+ years of experience in the investment banking and financial industry, Phillip currently holds Series 7, 50, and 63 FINRA Securities Licenses. Previous to joining APG, he served as a financial advisor to over fifteen California municipalities, including cities, counties, and utility districts, and advised on over ninety local government bond transactions, totaling $4.2 billion in total borrowing amount.

A native of Los Angeles, Phillip attended California State University at Northridge where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance. Financial expertise is a resource Phillip brings to the APG family business, as well as serving as a Board Member for The Voice of Children USA, a faith-based NGO serving the people of Haiti.
